Our gotcha story... part the deux

After Spoiler died Mommy and Papi said NO MORE DOGS!!! Famouse last words right???  About 8 months after he passed Mommy and Papi were so full of woe.  Who wouldn't be with no Shar Pei in their life right???  One day Papi said to Moms ' how about looking for another dog?' Mommy perks up her ears (hers kinda like a Shar Pei in that regard with the ears and all) and says 'a dog huh? ' secretly wishing for a dog a dog A DOG!!!

You see the Mommy had been heartbroke about the Spoiler leavin and all and wanted a new doggie soooooo much but didn't want to hurt Papi's feelings with talks of replacing him. Come to find out the Papi wanted a new doggie too!!!

And so... the search for a new doggie was on....  Then Papi said 'how about we get two, a brother and sister?' Mommy looked and looked far and wide and found us in Florida.  We were shipped (that sounds so cold huh?)  in a great big crate.  We were thankfully in the same crate and all Mommy remembers is her two babies bunched up together at the back of the great big crate when she finally got to us.

Mommy here:  they were 8 weeks old and sent via airplane.  They were huddled in the back of this crate when I finally got to them.  I went for them immediately and got me and my great big bottom stuck in the crate.  My husband was laughing so hard behind us he couldn't even speak.

A year later Jerry was gone.  But those puppies saved my life.  And continue to do so each and every day.

Hug your Dogs people.........

That is a wonderful story. Muzzer says I saved her sanity and Teka is intent upon tossing it out the window. But we know you your Mom feels.

Hello Pam!!
I am so sorry! Everything that could go wrong did and then some in Oct. and Nov.!! I have emailed you (you're not going to believe this) a total of 20 e-mails since Friday! I sent you about 16 vintage image collage sheets on
11-26 and I sent another e-mail last night to check with you to see if you liked the images that I sent and also to let you know that I am mailing out your goodies tomorrow! I just checked in today and am so glad you left a message to let me know about this problem!

I have had so much trouble these past two months with different
computer problems! One big issue was my e-mail---I wasn't getting my e-mail and after several weeks of doing everything I knew to do, I called Charter and got it fixed last week and saw that I had 350 some messages to download! It's one reason I am so late getting out your goodies.

My poor husband had to go get his own computer because I kept taking up all of the space on our computer for my vintage images files! He moved his new computer upstars and changed our e-mail accounts so that I would be the adminstrator on the one I have and he is the administrator of his e-mail!
I think that is when my computer got the e-mail glitch because after changing info on the hard drive, I stopped getting my
e-mail!!

I thought it was straightened out but maybe I need to call and get some more help over here to fix it!!

So my e-mail changed from:

rkeithdecker@charter.net
to
kymdecker@charter.net!

By any chance, were you looking for the name Keith Decker instead of Kym Decker ? Go back and check and see if you have any e-mail that is in my name--Kym Decker! Let me know as soon as possible, and in the meantime, I will re-send all of the e-mails I sent to you and hopefully, you will get them this time!

Please let me know, today, because if you still can't get them, I will mail them with your goodies tomorrow!

Somehow I'll get everything to you, even if I have to use a flock of Carrier Pidgeons! LOL!! Don't be surprised if you see a whole bunch of them fly over your house one day this week. No worries, mate, it'll just be your prizes being delivered! Wouldn't the puppies go crazy over the sight of all of those pidgeons and packages?

Thanks so much!
Kym

See--this computer is going crazy! Or me!! Who knows???? When I clicked send comment, my screen went blank and diagnose problem came up!! I panicked!

I didn't want to have to re-write everything I had just written plus I probably wouldn't even remember what I typed! I hurried back over here and was delighted to see that my comment was saved but I'm sure you didn't want it saved twice!! Right??? Maybe you can cancel out the 2nd one!!

O.k. Just sent 18 e-mails to you at about 4:45 p.m. and didn't get any messages telling me that they were not able to deliver--so I hope---keep your fingers crossed---that you got them!!
Thanks , Kym

Oh I would have so loved to see you stuck in the crate! I hope that doesn't sound horrible, but I can just imagine the scene! :)

Sounds like you guys are just as lucky to have a mom who loves you so much as she is to have you guys!
