I'm terribly saddened by the death of Michael Jackson. I don't know why. I certainly loved his music. His music was like a string of footprints throughout my life or maybe I'm feeling my own mortality, he was my age. As John Mayer said 'we've lost some of our cultural DNA.'

Jackson's death was a surprise to me, but then again... we don't live forever... I hope his soul is at peace now. I know fame can really try a man, and Jackson was no exception.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked to hear that he had died. I will be the same age as he was next year and it really makes me think about where I am in my life.
