This whole reviewing of the beds could be a most colossal bust. The beds came yesterday and I put them on the deck. As the deck is quite small and the beds are quite big, the pups have been scootering around the beds trying to find a place to lay. ON.THE.DECK.
It seems as though two rather large, spoiled Shar Pei puppies want me to bring the couches outside for their resting pleasure.
I got Bobo a raised bed (the Coolaroo one I wanted was discontinued, boo) and he may be too heavy for it. I hoisted (is hoist the past tense of hoist???) him on it and it sort of bowed in the middle. Yikes!
I got Meja a big juicy plush bed and she's scared of it! Yikes X 2!
It's only the first day so I'll let you know if we have better luck or they get sent back for something else.
Pictures of 'The Avoi'dance'' to follow.
New beds are often scary...Maybe try treats. Can't wait to see the Avoi"dance"....of the beds. BOL

You mean the dogs have their own beds? I thought they were just supposed to take over ours! :)
ReplyDeleteWe've had futon beds for over a year, but we've only started sleeping on them now that it's cold at night. May take the babies awhile!

Tall Guy - These are outdoor/on the deck beds. Their 'night night' bed is 'my' (and I use that term very loosely) bed.
ReplyDeletehehehehe!
ReplyDeleteSo at this stage the beds are scoring about a 1 out of 10 then?
Bobo and Meja you must learn to love the bed! if only for the sake of your elbows!
your bed-loving pals,
Digby and Delta
BOL!
ReplyDeleteOh Bobo and Meja... We don't believe you are asking much for the couches to be outside ;)
Can't wait to see the pix!!

I'm sure they'll love the beds once the smell kicks in :]

Can wait to see the beds and the dogs in the beds :)
ReplyDeleteDeck is deck, bed is bed. I hope that explains it.

Hi: thanks for visiting my blog. In the matter of beds and couches, I am rather attached to King Sized Posturepedic beds and the Stickley couch we got when we moved here. I have never (ever) used a dog bed or binkie, not even when I get boarded at the vetties. I would rather sleep on the floor and magnify the guilt for muzzer.
